How Jason Mitchener effected my life

This is Heather one of Jason friends and she reading from his book

This blog has come about because of some emails to my friend
Stan Faryna

I just want to thank Stan for helping me get threw this and to express my feeling about Jason and how he has touched my life.

This is what Stan had asked me

Bonnie:

I’m sorry to hear of your loss. Did you know him long? how did he touch your life?

Stan

This is my reply to him.

Stan

Thanks death is part of life it happens nothing will stop it.

I’ve know Jason for 9 months now.

I know 9 months isn’t long but I did get to know him. Last April we was both featured on Pat’s blog along with 4 other people.

I started talking to him the first day just ever day things. As time went by I started talking to Jason a little more found out he was in a wheel chair and
had to have a portable ventilator to help him breath.

I didn’t get to know him as a writer or for his songs or poems but as a
graphic artist I got to know him. He had a store like mine. But he went with a different company and we talk about 3 hours that day.

He never complained about his disability and all ways believed in god. never questioned why things happened to him. All so giving advice and kind words.

I talk to him about a month or 2 ago on face book chat for the last time.

He touch my life by being a part of it.

The way he spread god’s
love. Never giving up. Made me think that my life isn’t so bad.

To stop complaining about thing. Like i’m hating this cold weather
because I end up in pain but I’ve learned that pain is all so showing
me that i’m alive and can feel.

I can hug our kids, play with them and do so many things that Jason couldn’t do. I’ve Learned no matter what there all ways some one worse off than me. I can all ways count on God to be there.

No matter what there will be better day ahead.
I’m here for a reason not sure what yet. Knowing no matter what I my face in my life knowing I’m going to be able to get throw it no matter what it is or how hard it my become there a light at the end of the tunnel and it will get better.
All so to I can still help other
who can’t help them self or are down.

You know there so many people that i’ve talk to on twitter that
makes my life seem simply compared to what they are going
threw. seem each day i met some one on twitter that makes me
go wow and makes me thankful for my family and ever thing i’ve
and inspires me to do better.

I hope you enjoyed this blog about
Jason and myself. How he effected my life and made me truly thankful for
ever thing i’m going threw.

Jason is now in heaven with Jesus
and I know he looking down on in peace and happiness now.

I will miss you so much Jason.

I hope you will leave a comment.

Thank you, a very touching piece.
I never met Jason in person – living as I do on the other side of the Atlantic – but he was a very good friend.
He gave me strength just when I needed it.
    I miss him very much.
