Many people are, have been and will continue to pray for you!! Thanks for the love that you show to others, for the light of the Lord that you reflect and for reminding us that no matter what the weather is, no matter how stormy – there is always JOY for the journey!!

    Love ya sweetie!!

    Heather,
There are a few things I know about the Word of God: 1. It’s true 2. It’s powerful 3. It’s alive.

I BELIEVE every word and Is 53:5 says that by His stripes, you are HEALED. Surely He bore your sicknesses on that tree…SURELY! So, I’m standing with you on the Word of God my friend, and praying that your healing be made manifest.

This surgery is just a part of that process and it will indeed be successful. May your recovery and restoration be quick! GBU!

  4. Chris Carroll Says:

I haven’t know Heather long but she has impacted me with her sense of humour, strength of character and passion for people and Jesus! I know that God has so much more for her in her roles as wife, mom, sister and friend so I know He”has her back” during these medical tests and procedures!
I think Isaiah puts it better when he said that”he who rests upon the Lord will renew their strength They will soar on wings like Eagles, they will run and not grow weary they will walk and not be faint”
I place Heather in God’s arms and know that refreshing rest, so that she will bounce back in full health!
    Blessings to all!

  7. Bridget Haymond Says:

Heather, I’m so sorry that you have to go through this yet again. I have been through a brain biopsy 5/06 and can’t imagine ever doing that again. It took me a while to get stable after my surgery, but thankfully my issue was treated with prednisone.

God has an amazing way of showing up in situations like this and I’m sure you have probably experienced much grace from God in the midst of all this. My prayer for you is that you will encounter Him in a unique and fresh way this time around.

Peace and blessings to you sister!

  18. Rommel Ondong Says:

    Heather,

Once, in my past, I was looking at this picture on a wall. There’s a person there and a scene. I wondered then if God wasn’t in the picture whenever I am down or felt it was my lowest. I imagined that it’s like being left there without the scene in the picture.
But, a thought flashed back at me: what if I am not the one in the picture because of my perception that God isn’t there. God is everything that holds me in place and this whole place I call life. He cannot opt out of the picture because He is the one who holds my being to life.
In your moments now, know that God is with you. And he is even closer when we are in our trying moments. Strength comes when we open ourselves to it.
    God loves you always!

  24. Troy Jensen Says:

Heather, you are in my prayers as well – obviously, as you are the best little sister one could ask for. And everyone, these comments have overwhelmed me…I am very lucky to have a sister that touches so many lives.

My little sis is strong, and she truly has a relationship with Jesus I am only now just beginning to start to grasp.

Thank you everyone for all these words about my little sister…and Heather, I love you.

    • Christian Siebens Says:

Thank you Troy….this meant alot to me. I pray someday you do grasp just how much love Jesus has for us all…we are all sinners and have trials and frustrations…but if we wake up everyday trying to live for Him..He will bless us beyond measure. We are never perfect..and the cool thing is He knows we will fail..but we can NEVER give up pursuing Him. We love you.

  25. lota maness Says:

I am blessed to be the husband of Heather. Through her pain and frustration, she has uncovered the true meaning of life..one of love and glory..by, with and through Jesus. I stand amazed at the tremendous courage she has through her trials…but speaking on behalf of her..I know she does not consider her epilepsy a trial…it has been a gift. Thank you to each and everyone of you for your care, compassion and prayers. Jesus will be with her…and I pray he reveals His glory through this surgery. I will keep everyone up to date on her progress..so please connect with me @heliftsmeup or @flyingchristian.

God IS near to each one of us…We just need to hold out our hand. Reach for Him…When He touches us we will NEVER be the same. Love that David Crowder Band Song!

Hi – very great site you have established. I enjoyed reading this posting. I did want to write a comment to tell you that the design of this site is very aesthetically sweet. I used to be a graphic designer, now I am a copy editor in chief for a marketing firm. I have always enjoyed functioning with information processing systems and am trying to learn code in my free time (which there is never enough of lol).

  30. Maggie Wojtecki Says:

My wife and i got so relieved that John could carry out his research from the ideas he made when using the blog. It’s not at all simplistic to just always be handing out facts other folks may have been selling. So we understand we’ve got the blog owner to give thanks to for that. The specific explanations you made, the easy site navigation, the friendships you help to foster – it is everything overwhelming, and it’s really leading our son and our family believe that the subject matter is amusing, and that’s pretty indispensable. Thanks for everything!
